Why Wilderbean you ask? We are two sisters, Ingrid and Sally on a mission to bring more Aussie grown legumes into the hearts and pantries of Australians.


We believe the food choices we make every day are one of the most powerful ways to improve the health of the home we live in (body) and on (Earth).


We discovered beans like many people going plant based and looking for ‘alternative’ sources of protein. In a can at the back of the grocery store. We were a little underwhelmed by the range of bean based options (baked beans, canned chickpeas or hummus). But we soon learnt legumes are not only tasty, nutrient dense and mighty satisfying they’re also one of the most sustainable foods on the planet. Which is why we’ve hand-picked them as our ingredients of choice to create everyone’s favourite comfort foods. Made right here in Melbourne, we’re bringing plant power to you - for our future and that of the planet!
